It's FREE! Plus there is free parking.
Kent Event Centre, Kent Showground, Detling, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 3JF.

The exhibition and conference take place in the Maidstone Hall and John Hendry Pavilion.

There is ample, free parking available onsite.

The registration desk opens at 9.00am and will remain open throughout the event, enabling you to attend all day or just pop along for any part of the day.
Big Networking Breakfast: 7.30am
Registration & Exhibition Opens: 9.00am
Opening Keynote: 9.30am
Exhibition Closes: 4.00pm
Gala Dinner: 5pm onwards
About Kent Construction EXPO
Pre-registered attendees will be able to register for sessions ahead of the event. A personalised link will be emailed about 3 weeks prior to the event date. Don’t worry if you can’t decide (it is a great programme!) as many sessions are available on the day.
Kent Construction EXPO attracts over 150 essential suppliers and potential partners from Kent and beyond, offering a comprehensive range of products and services from local sources. A list of the 2020 exhibitors will be available soon, and to make it easier to find the exact provider you are looking for we have introduced a helpful new logo filtering feature.
There are also several demo areas within the exhibition at Kent Construction EXPO to give you the opportunity to explore key areas of interest whilst offering further information, guidance and inspiration for your business.
The Exhibition Area will open at 9.00am and be open throughout the event.

Meet the Buyer
If you have booked any Meet the Buyer appointments, please remember to check in! You will need to check in at registration by
10.00am if you have morning appointments, and by midday, if you have afternoon appointments to confirm your presence at the event. Failure to do so will likely result in the organiser cancelling your appointments and assigning the time slots to other attendees.
For any last-minute availability please email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the Meet the Buyer area on the day.
Tea and coffee is available throughout the day free of charge. Lunch can be purchased onsite with hot and cold options, and snacks available.
Please note: all onsite catering is cash only and there are no ATMs onsite so please remember to bring cash with you.

There is step-free access available to all areas of Kent Construction EXPO. Disabled parking spaces are available upon request, please contact Annie Relfe
Disabled toilets are available in the Maidstone Hall.
Your badge barcode will be scanned upon entry to the event and any seminars you attend. It may also be scanned by exhibitors in the Exhibition Area.
We ask all visitors to NOT actively sell or promote their own products or services to exhibiting companies or other visitors while visiting the event. Please click here to view our terms and conditions of entry.
There are no cash machines
onsite, please remember to bring cash with you as catering is cash only. The closest ATM will be situated at petrol stations on the A249 but please be aware that the dual carriageway has barriers and it will take approximately 15 minutes to return to Kent Construction EXPO.
The first aid point is situated in the Organiser’s Office, within the John Hendry Pavilion.

Please visit the Information Desk at Registration, the Organiser’s Office situated in the John Hendry Pavilion or ask a member of staff who will be happy to help.
We do not have any laptop or phone chargers available onsite so please remember to fully charge your devices.
There are toilets in both the Maidstone Hall and the John Hendry Pavilion. Disabled toilets available in the Maidstone Hall.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided by the venue, no password required but is only suitable for browsing purposes.
Please note that cameras will be present at the event as per past years. Attendees not wishing to be filmed can make themselves known to the camera team so that they can be avoided.
