About the Speaker:
Lee has over 35 years of experience in the industry and has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 1991. Lee takes charge of the Procurement and Quantity Surveying teams at FFT, overseeing all major procurement and quantity surveying projects. He also manages all Partnering and Alliancing Contracts, fulfils the role of Independent Advisor and sits on the Alliance Steering Group. He is particularly skilled at supporting and implementing the change and development of cost models and methodologies for major social housing clients. His expertise helps clients to achieve the very best value from their assets and their contractors, thanks to his careful work on contract reviews.
