Lee May qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and has specialised in regulatory law since then.  He advises clients from the private and public sectors on Town and Country Planning matters and development projects.  He also acts for client’s facing prosecutions and other regulatory action under environmental and health and safety legislation.

Environmental Law Considerations in Construction

We will be tackling the subject of Waste in the construction sector.  Looking at the definition of waste, the application of the Waste Hierarchy and the legal Duty of Care on construction companies when it comes to disposal of construction and demolition waste.  We will also consider the potential impact of Brexit on environmental law and regulation of the sector.
