We will be tackling the subject of Waste in the construction sector. Looking at the definition of waste, the application of the Waste Hierarchy and the legal Duty of Care on construction companies when it comes to disposal of construction and demolition waste. We will also consider the potential impact of Brexit on environmental law and regulation of the sector.
