Rico is the senior policy advisor for the House Builders Association (HBA), the housebuilding division of the National Federation of Builders (NFB). Having worked in politics, residential service delivery, employment, education, policy and regeneration, Rico believes that house building and construction are intertwined economic and social forces that need continued recognition, especially in the SME sector. Sitting on various construction industry boards and working groups, his passion is policy in practice and delivering realistic outcomes for both clients and industry alike.
