It’s FREE to register and attend.

There is ample, free parking available onsite.
Registration
The registration desk opens at 9.00am and will remain open throughout the event, enabling you to attend for as long as your schedule allows.

The exhibition and conference take place in the Maidstone Hall and John Hendry Pavilion.

Badges
To help things run smoothly, your visitor badge will be posted to the address you provided, either at home or to your work. If you haven’t received it, you can download and print an eBadge that will be sent to you via email. If you forget your badge, simply use your QR code or registration code at one of our fast-track kiosks to print a replacement (please note: some queuing is likely).
If you have accessibility needs and cannot queue on the day, please speak to a member of our team, who will guide you directly to the main registration desk.
Your badge barcode and QR code may be scanned throughout the day, including when you attend a conference session and by exhibitors in the exhibition area.
Conference Programme
Pre-registered attendees will be able to register for their sessions ahead of the event. A personalised link will be emailed to you when the programme goes live, and in usual correspondence about the event.
Exhibition Area
With so many exhibitors to chat to, be sure to check out the exhibitor listings ahead of the event and plan who you’d like to visit. Our listings have a filter at the top of the page so you can focus on those that suit your needs.
The Exhibition Area will open at 9.00am and be open throughout the event.
Navigating the EXPO
To help you find your way around the EXPO, please follow the floor stickers throughout the venue. The event layout schematic on the inside cover will guide you to the main areas, while the back of the guide provides a list of exhibitors and their locations.
Seminar Rooms
We have 4 seminar rooms located in the main building, in marquees, and accessible via the John Hendry Pavilion.
Lunch & refreshments
Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day free of charge. Lunch can be purchased onsite with hot and cold options, along with snacks available.
Please note: All onsite catering accept cash and cards payments, however, to speed up service we recommend bringing cash too. There are no ATMs onsite.
Catering Marquee
The catering area will be located inside a large marquee. Directional signage will be placed around the exhibition area to guide visitors. Both hot and cold food will be served within the catering area. The marquee will feature a designated entrance door and exit door to ensure smooth visitor flow.
Water stations
Water stations will be situated at key points around the exhibition area to provide easy access to refreshments for visitors. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle with you.
CPD Accredited Sessions
Scan the QR code at the end of each session to claim your CPD certificates! You will also receive your certificate of attendance after the event.
Attending the Drinks Reception and Gala Dinner?
We have changing rooms available in the Clive Emson building, please follow the directional signage, these will be open from 4pm. Detailed timings for this event can be found here.
Emergency Procedure
There are no planned fire alarm tests during the event. If the fire alarm does sound and you are in the Maidstone Hall, the nearest evacuation point is the Clive Emson Car Park. If you are in the John Hendry please head to car park B – click here for a map.
Please follow the onsite team’s instructions and evacuate the venue promptly using the nearest fire exit. If you have any questions about fire exit routes or muster points, please visit the Organisers’ Office or Registration, where a member of the team will be happy to assist.
Meet the Buyer
If you have booked any Meet the Buyer appointments, please remember to check in an hour before your first appointment. Failure in doing so may result in the organiser cancelling your appointment and assigning the time slot to another attendee.
If you have booked appointments for Meet the Buyer, confirmation of your appointments will be sent to you via email.

First Aid
The first aid point is situated in the organiser’s office, within the John Hendry Pavilion.
Toilets
There are toilets situated in the John Hendry Pavilion, please follow the floor sticker signage.
Seminar headphones
The Cubitt room will use wireless headphones to prevent noise disturbance from the exhibition area.
Wi-Fi
There is unsecured free Wi-Fi on site for internet browsing ONLY – please connect to network Kent Construction EXPO.
Taxi Companies
Maidstone-based taxi companies include: Streamline 01622 750000; Sapphire Cabs 01622 663000; Angels Express 01622 201020. When booking, please request to meet at the registration area of the Maidstone Hall.
Exiting the venue post-event – Traffic management for a smooth exit
To help everyone leave the event safely and efficiently, a traffic management plan will be in place. This includes the closure of one lane on the A249 to ease congestion when exiting the Kent Event Centre.

We’ll email you a link to the online feedback form after the event, on completion you will receive a link to the available presentation slides. Please do let us know what you liked, things we can improve on, and any suggestions to make the event even better for you next year.
