Meet the Buyer at Kent Construction EXPO gives registered delegates the opportunity to request free, pre-scheduled 15-minute appointments with organisations actively looking for new suppliers, subcontractors and specialist partners.
Appointments are limited and subject to each buyer’s requirements and availability.

How it works

1. Register for Kent Construction EXPO
   You must be registered to attend the event before you can request a Meet the Buyer appointment.
2. Explore the buyers
   Review the participating organisations below, including the suppliers, subcontractors and specialists they are interested in meeting.
3. Request your appointments
   After you register, you will be emailed separately with your personalised link to book your Meet the Buyer appointments. Log in to the event platform via this link and request an appointment with the buyers most relevant to your business. Please only request meetings where your capabilities align with the buyer’s stated requirements.
4. Tell the buyer why they should meet you
   Provide a clear company description and explain why the meeting would be valuable. Buyers will review appointment requests and may decline those that do not match their requirements.
5. Receive your itinerary
   Confirmed appointments will be emailed to you before the event. Each meeting lasts 15 minutes and takes place in the dedicated Meet the Buyer area at Kent Construction EXPO.
