Hosted by Cheryl Causebrook and Ella Sandall, this exclusive pre-EXPO event is the perfect opportunity to fuel up for the day with a freshly prepared breakfast, hot teas and coffees, while catching up with colleagues and making new connections before the exhibition opens.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen existing relationships, spark new collaborations or simply start the day with valuable industry conversations, the Networking Breakfast provides a relaxed setting to do just that.
Following breakfast, Cheryl and Ella will host Construction Skills Briefing: Building the Workforce of the Future, delivered in partnership with Skills & Workforce Partners Kent & Medway Local Skills Improvement Plan and South East Consortium.
With skills shortages continuing to impact the construction sector, the session will bring together industry, education and skills leaders to discuss practical ways to attract, develop and retain talent. Through a facilitated Q&A, delegates will explore apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, student engagement and workforce development initiatives, while gaining insight into the support available to help businesses build the next generation of construction professionals.
