Inspiring the Next Generation

As part of the partnership, more than 200 students and lecturers from colleges across Kent will attend the EXPO. Students will have the opportunity to explore careers in construction, meet employers, discover apprenticeship and employment pathways, and gain valuable insight into the skills shaping the future of the built environment.

Supporting Employers

The initiative also gives employers the opportunity to engage directly with future talent, strengthen links with education providers and help address skills shortages across the industry. By creating meaningful interactions between students and employers, the partnership supports a stronger pipeline of talent for Kent and the South East.
