Anna Skeats

Anna Skeats is Chief Executive Officer of The Mason Foundation, a national charity working to build fairer, more inclusive communities across the UK.

With over 20 years’ experience in public health and wellbeing, Anna has dedicated her career to tackling inequality and supporting people to thrive on their own terms.

Over the past seven years, she has built strong partnerships across the construction sector, recognising the industry’s unique power to drive positive change. Under Anna’s leadership, The Mason Foundation has worked with employers and local communities to open up opportunities for young people, improve health and wellbeing, and strengthen connections in the places that need it most.

Anna is also a mum to two neurodivergent children. Her personal insight fuels her passion for inclusion and shapes the way the charity listens, learns and acts. She believes that true inclusion means feeling you belong — exactly as you are.

Today, The Mason Foundation supports thousands of people each year through their community-based programmes including The Community Mile and Propel, which create practical pathways into movement, work, and connection. Working alongside a network of over 500 Community Champions and mentors, the charity is small enough to stay rooted in local neighbourhoods, but big enough to create lasting national impact.

Anna continues to champion the belief that real change starts in communities — and grows when people feel valued, supported, and inspired to take their next step.
