His team develop the design, legislation and guidance that underpins bringing mandated individuals into MTD for Income Tax from April 2026. Jim has been a policy professional for over 12 years with an extensive knowledge of direct tax policy and legislation having worked on capital allowances, research and development reliefs, patent box; and employment status and intermediaries.
