Tim Jackson
Tim is a Partner and Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. His current position is Discipline Lead for Site Inspection services.
His experience spans a broad spectrum of projects in the residential, health, education, community, and commercial sectors. Quality and compliance have been a strong theme throughout Tim’s career, with a particular focus on Fire Safety for over 15 years. Tim is an Associate Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers, and Member of the Institution of Fire Safety Managers.
Tim is keen to share knowledge with colleagues in the construction industry, as well as encouraging people into the industry. He is a RICS APC Assessor and co-leads Calfordseaden’s RICS APC Mentoring Programme, along with involvement in education engagement, coaching and training including seminars focusing on Fire Safety to help equip industry members with the tools to drive positive change.
