Antonio is Head of the Employment Team at Whitehead Monckton and has close to 20 years’ experience in advising employers on all aspects of employment law. Throughout his career he has advised businesses within the construction sector, including helping clients implement difficult cost-saving exercises during the 2007/8 recession, navigating the COVID-19 pandemic as well as assisting on various restructures, employment tribunal claims and internal procedures. Antonio’s knowledge of the sector and the challenges it faces, coupled with his specialist expertise in employment law allows him to provide tailored and pragmatic advice to his clients both assisting them in difficult situations and pre-empting and avoiding such issues from arising.
Antonio’s talk will focus on Employment Law Reform, with the most significant changes to employment law in a generation due to take place within the next couple of years it is crucial that employers prepare and manage these appropriately as well as being mindful of existing changes to areas such as sexual harassment in the workplace that are crucial to maintaining diverse, stable and talented workforces in place.
