I am a Chartered Building Control Surveyor and level 4 manager and 3H Registered Building Inspector.

I have worked in both London and Kent for the last 17 years, working on a range of projects from under 1 million to multi million pound commercial schemes.

I have helped set up and establish Building Control teams in Kent, and the South East Market and have led teams in Ashford and Brighton and currently in Canterbury.

I am driven to provide value engineering for Building Control and to provide alternative solutions to enable creative design.

I am an APC Mentor and APC Assesor for the RICS and focus on training of new candidates also working with Delever Consultants as an expert on the RICS APC Building Control Pathway.

Experience in Building Regulation presentations to clients and construction focus groups.
