He has been a driving force behind strategic development, positioning the company as a Solutions Provider, and initiating the Baxall Playbook that fosters collaborative working practices, throughout the business and wider industry. He has been pivotal in establishing the Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the University of Kent and Innovate UK which applies smart data monitoring to demonstrate energy and occupancy performance to clients.
