Alex is a Chartered MCIPS procurement and supply chain professional, leading the development of the LTC supply chain that aims to create a more resilient, collaborative, and inclusive marketplace for businesses of all sizes.

With significant experience managing complex supply chain contracts, Alex is passionate about breaking down barriers for SMEs and creating opportunities for smaller businesses to contribute to major infrastructure programmes. Through industry engagement and collaboration with delivery partners and suppliers, Alex works to improve supply chain access, strengthen resilience, and support innovation across the sector.

A key focus of Alex’s work is supporting the transition towards zero-emission construction sites and increasing the adoption of low-carbon methods of construction, recognising the important role SMEs will play in delivering a more sustainable future.
