Working with Housing Associations Caroline started her career as a construction client-side project manager, working primarily in the charities sector for large London-based arts organisation. She moved into procurement in 2014 and, for the last five years, has worked for housing associations in the south east. Caroline is currently the only procurement professional at West Kent Housing Association, advising teams across the business, and retaining a passion for the built environment.
