Elouise Mitchell

Elouise Mitchell is a Chartered Town Planner and Senior Planning Manager at Chartway Partnerships Group, where she helps guide residential developments through the planning process across the South East. With a background spanning local government, planning consultancy and housebuilding, Elouise brings a practical and collaborative approach to delivering new homes and communities.

Named RTPI South East Young Planner of the Year in 2024, Elouise is a passionate advocate for the planning profession and for creating opportunities for the next generation. She is also Vice Chair of Women in Planning Kent and a committee member of Kent Constructing Excellence, and is committed to championing greater diversity, confidence and leadership across the built environment sector.
