Fiona Baker

Fiona Baker is a Director with 16 years experience in Ecological Consultancy, Fiona qualified with a MSc in Biodiversity Survey, BSc in Environmental Sciences and is an experienced ecologist, and member of CIEEM, undertaking botanical, and protected species surveys, mitigation, management and monitoring surveys. Fiona holds Natural England licences for bat, great crested newt and dormice. Fiona is a Sussex county recorder for amphibian and reptile species, a member of BCT and SxARG and BSBI.
Fiona set up Bakerwell Limited along with Donna Popplewell in 2016. Together they have built the company to a core team of 12 ecologists located across two offices in Kent and Sussex. Working mainly within the residential sector, along with heritage, education, charitable and commercial projects, advising on ecological assessment, mitigation design and biodiversity net gain.
