I have extensive experience as an Area Director in the construction and development sectors. I have also acted as a Non-Exec for an SME in the care sector. I am responsible for the operations from the Morgan Sindall Construction Brighton and Canterbury offices.

My focus is people and quality. Business success is intrinsically linked to the performance of its people. I create a supportive and rewarding environment which enables people to give their best. I aspire to work with Customers who share a similar philosophy.

Successfully managing quality is critically important for Customers. I am a strong advocate of early collaboration throughout the procurement, design and construction processes. In addition, a strong sense of personal ownership is critical to ensuring we deliver expectations. Part of this is being honest – we all aspire to deliver right first time; the challenge is recognizing early when we haven’t and doing something about it!
