With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, as J D Consulting, Jo brings over two decades of senior industry insight to her consultancy practice, delivering tailored, high-quality solutions that help organisations bridge capability gaps in bid writing, proposals, marketing and comms and navigate compliance complexity. Passionate about social value, Jo leverages her practical hands-on experience and Level 1 SROI qualification to help clients take a strategic approach to embedding impact across the built environment and unlock meaningful value. As a co-director of Solve Social Value, Jo has co-developed the innovative Solve Platform, a digital tool that helps clients plan, deliver, and measure social value with clarity and confidence.

Away from work, Jo juggles life as a mum of two young adults, a devoted dog owner, and a horse-loving equestrian—proving that a busy life can still be a balanced one!
