10:25 – 11:00: Navigating Nutrient Neutrality in Construction: Strategies for Sustainable Development An experienced Chartered Civil Engineer who is also a Board Member of the Kent and Medway Economic Partnership for whom he is vocal about the issues of Nutrient Neutrality in the Kent region. Whilst Roland is experienced in all facets of major infrastructure provision for public and private sectors, he is currently most actively involved with securing solutions for Nutrient Neutrality and Water Use Neutrality as is currently affecting large parts of the country.
