Tom is co-founder of Nature Impact, whose mission is to deliver investable nature-based solutions for people and planet. The company launched Kent’s first Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) habitat bank and has a second in East Sussex, with more to come. Holding an MSc in Global Health (Food Security & Biodiversity) from Kew Gardens and Royal Holloway, and with over 15 years’ project management experience, Tom brings both science-led insight and a practical approach to high-integrity biodiversity projects. Having cycled 14,000 miles around the world, he combines a global perspective with a determination to create lasting, positive environmental and social change.
