Kent’s Role in Shaping the Future Workforce Yvonne Phillip joined Phoenix Community Housing in their Resident Involvement team at a Employment and Careers Adviser after over 20 years of working in the statutory and charity sector. Progressing on to become a Senior Resident Engagement Officer see became the Phoenix Academy Manager in 2024.
She now supports residents, staff and the wider housing sector to gain qualifications in Housing from a introductionary level 1 to degree level 5 qualifications.
