Abigail Blumzon

As a Fellow of the RICS and an APM Accredited Project Manager, I bring over a decade of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing high-profile construction projects. My career has spanned diverse sectors, including education, residential, retail and recladding, with a recent core focus on fire safety and façade remediation projects.

I lead Bailey Partnership’s Chichester office and the South Coast Project Management team, driving business growth, project excellence, and team development. Beyond project delivery, I actively champion equality, diversity, and inclusion as Chair of our EDI Committee, while also advising on the Training and Development Commitee. My involvement extends to working groups focused on mental health, staff wellness, and knowledge management.

Building community is central to everything I do. I’m proud to Chair the regional committee for the Forum for the Built Environment Sussex and am Vice-Chair of the Governing Body at three local authority nursery schools.

I’m a firm believer in the power of mentorship and coaching to uplift others. As an experienced mentor, I help individuals navigate career development, leadership challenges, and technical growth.
